- Detox tea containing dandelion, ginger, and licorice root, she says, helps improve digestion
- Warm water with turmeric. Mix turmeric powder with warm water and a little honey or lemon to make another great drink to start the day. Water with turmeric helps digestion, speeds up metabolism, and helps reduce bloating, explained the doctor.
- Ghee water. According to Rohini Patil, this combination is rich in healthy fats, helps digestion, and prolongs the feeling of satiety.
- Water with apple cider vinegar, honey and lemon juice. According to a nutritionist, this drink reduces bloating, helps break down fat and lowers blood sugar levels.
- Vitamin C-rich lemon water. Drinking lemon water in the morning can help flush out toxins and ease indigestion, Patil explained.
