Bilateral memoranda of understanding signed by healthcare ministers of RA and RF

Armen Muradyan and Veronika Skvortsova, healthcare ministers of RA and Russian Federation, signed bilateral memoranda of understanding on cooperation in the fields of import and export of drugs, medical equipment and bioactive additives, continuous medical development, information sharing between the healthcare systems of the two countries as well as electronic healthcare and telemedicine in Yerevan today, November 7.

Talking to the journalists, the two ministers attached much importance to cooperation in the field of healthcare of the countries and noted that it has a history dating back to centuries ago. Meanwhile, the memoranda signed and the first Armenian-Russian healthcare conference starting today are aimed at reaffirming that cooperation and commencing new important projects, the ministers assured.

One more agreement was signed by head of Armenian parliamentary standing committee on healthcare, motherhood and childhood A. Babloyan on behalf of the National Medical Chamber of Armenia, co-chairman of the Association of Healthcare Organizers of Armenia A. Minasyan and well-known doctor-humanist M. Roshal on behalf of the National Medical Chamber of Russian Federation.
