Weekly Ebola cases are below 100

The number of new confirmed Ebola cases totalled 99 in the week to Jan. 25, the World Health Organization said, Reuters reports. The first time the weekly total has fallen below 100 since June 2014.

''The response to the EVD (Ebola virus disease) epidemic has now moved to a second phase, as the focus shifts from slowing transmission to ending the epidemic," the WHO said.

Ebola fever broke out in Guinea in 2014, March. In Nigeria, Liberia and Sierra Leone in connection with the epidemic, a state of emergency has been declared. According to the date of the World Health Organization of 2014, December, the number of deaths from fever is 8153. And the number of the infected people is more than 20065.
