Coffee reduces the risk of developing diabetes

Drinking coffee reduces the risk of developing type II diabetes, U.S. researchers found. Article with the conclusions of scientists is published in the journal Diabetes Care.

The researchers conducted a meta-analysis of data obtained from 28 studies concerning the interconnection between the diabetes and coffee.

Moreover, it was found that the risk of disease is decreased by moderate consumption of both regular and decaffeinated coffee.

Overall, in these 28 studies more than 1.1 million people were involved, including those who suffer from type II diabetes.
