X International Congress ISSAM to take place in Yerevan

X International Congress ISSAM (International Society for the Study of the Aging Male) will take place in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, business center “Elite Plaza”on September 29 – October 1, 2016.

The main objective of the Congress is to discuss the latest scientific developments and experience exchange in the sphere of preventive and therapeutic strategies of treatment of serious diseases. These diseases are not only medical but also social problem because of their heavy healthy and economical burden that lies not onlyon the shoulders of a single patient or his family, but also on the government. The so-called age-related diseases are cardio-vascular diseases, sexual diseases, diabetes, osteoporosis, age-related dementia and Alzheimer's disease, prostate cancer, breast and colorectal cancer and senility syndrome (FRAILTY).

Promotion of healthy aging without diseases and disability prevention for older people should play a key role in medical research and practice in the development of national health systems and social policy. The Congress is a unique opportunity for all participants to discuss modern medical trends, which are the basis of development of fundamental, clinical, socio-economic and epidemiological research and encourage coordinated multidisciplinary research at the international level.
