Scientists call the key ingredient most effective diet

Dieticians from the University of Liverpool was able to refute the common perception of eggs as a high-calorie product, which can be harmful to human health because of high content of cholesterol. The experiment, which was attended by 450 volunteers who have contributed eggs to the list of dietary meals.

The Research team under the leadership of Nicholas Harman's divided the volunteers into two groups: in the first experiment participants were fed under a low calorie diet and the second is same but with the inclusion of eggs, according. After 12 weeks researchers compared rates of participants.

As it turned out, successful weight loss depends on the consumption of eggs in both groups, participants went from 3.5 to 4.5 kg.

Moreover, participants in both groups were reduced cholesterol levels. Scientists say that the use of eggs on cholesterol levels have a stronger impact oil where eggs are prepared, and such supplements to the fried bacon.
