17th International Conference on ophthalmology, neonatology and endocrinology to be held on July 22-23 in Yerevan

We are very pleased to extend an invitation to you to attend the AECP-CHLA 17th International Conference on ophthalmology, neonatology and endocrinology to be held on July 22-23, 2019, in Yerevan, Armenia. The participants are field professionals from world-renowned hospitals and universities.

The Armenian EyeCare Project (AECP) together with the Ministry of Health of Armenia, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), World Diabetes Foundation, Armenian Association of Neonatal Medicine, Armenian Association of Ophthalmologists, and Armenian Association of Pediatric Endocrinologists has put together a comprehensive agenda to present and discuss local and international modern practice in ophthalmology and affiliating spheres.

Day One (July 22, Monday) will start with a plenary session on the current projects implemented by the AECP and key partners. The afternoon will be followed by two concurrent sessions on ophthalmology and neonatology.

Day Two (July 23, Tuesday) will include two concurrent sessions on ophthalmology and endocrinology.

Talks will encompass new research and best practices in specific areas and discussions. Apart from professional ophthalmologists, neonatologists, endocrinologists, and nursing counterparts, this conference will be of interest for healthcare managers and health policy designers.

If you want to give a presentation (talk or poster), please send an e-mail by June 10, 2019 at  [email protected] - providing your name / surname, organization, contact details, CV, one portrait photo and the abstract. The committee will select abstracts for inclusion in the conference agenda and will contact the selected participants.

Abstracts shall have a structured layout (scientific objective, method, results and conclusions). The issue must be clearly formulated and an appropriate methodology shall be chosen. The conclusions must relate to the results as presented in the article. The abstract contents must not have been presented at another scientific congress or previously been published in a scientific journal. Along with the submission of an abstract, its author confirms that all its co-authors have agreed to its submission. Abstracts may contain a maximum of 2,000 characters and should be submitted in English.

Abstracts for Case Reports should include purpose, observations, conclusions and importance.

Posters should have 80cm width and 200cm height (upright format).
