3 products that can harm bowel

An unhealthy diet makes the intestines more vulnerable to many diseases. According to experts, the regular use of certain products promotes the growth of harmful bacteria in the intestines, which is dangerous not only for digestion, but also for health in general.

Here are several products that experts recommend avoiding:

Sweets

Bacteria like sugar, and therefore people who eat foods containing much sugar have an increased risk of experiencing intestinal disorder.

Meat Processed Products

Sausages, bacon, sausages, as well as dried, smoked processed meat products, according to WHO experts, can be attributed to the list of carcinogens that increase the risk of colorectal cancer (colon cancer). Red meat is recommended to eat only natural - and not more than 500 grams per week.

Fats

Saturated fats are also harmful to the intestines. Such fats contain margarine, mayonnaise and many other products. Hydrogenated vegetable fat (margarine) is also very dangerous.
