Bride-to-be dies few hours before her dream wedding
A terminally ill girl died a few hours before the wedding of her dreams.
Hazel Jack, 42, from the Scottish village of Carnwet, Lanarkshire, died hours before her dream wedding, Daily Mail reported.
The woman struggled with advanced metastatic breast cancer for six years. During pregnancy, she even underwent chemotherapy, which was safe for the baby. Now her son Jack is 3 years old.
She underwent child-safe chemotherapy when she was pregnant with her son Jack.
On January 22, the doctor told relatives of Hazel that the disease was no longer treatable and went into the terminal stage. Upon learning that she had only days to live, the Scottish woman expressed her last desire - to marry her sweetheart, 42-year-old Jonathan Gauld.
Hazel's friends posted on social networks a call to help her organize a wedding. The ceremony was to be held at Cornhill Castle in Biggar on January 30th. But Hazel passed away that morning.
