There can be a definite connection between the tendency to cardiovascular diseases and thrombosis and the blood group, according to Russian hematologist Yulia Nenasheva.
The specialist noted that patients with the first blood group are in an advantageous position: when exposed to certain triggers, they are less likely to form blood clots, heart attack, or stroke.
According to the specialist, in the blood of such people there are fewer prothrombotic agents of the eighth coagulation factor and von Willebrand factors.
