34-year-old self-confessed vaccine sceptic dies from COVID-19

Matthew Keenan, a 34-year-old football coach and self-confessed vaccine sceptic from Bradford, died from the coronavirus after getting infected in July, Daily Mail reports.

Two weeks ago, Keenan was admitted to a hospital after his situation continued to get worse.

At the hospital, he was placed in an induced coma and hooked up to a ventilator, but he died on July 26.

Keenan’s friend said he had changed his mind and wanted to get vaccinated, but it was too late.

“Matthew has agreed for me to share his story. Self-confessed vaccine sceptic until he caught Covid. If he could turn back time, he would. Our sickest patients are unvaccinated and under 40,” Keenan’s doctor wrote.
