The fourth tip is to eliminate any neuropsychiatric symptoms. This refers to any symptoms that may be lingering or new and that often go unaddressed. These include feelings of depression, anxiety, or trouble sleeping. This also includes more serious symptoms such as paranoia or hallucinations.
