An experimental man had to be rushed to hospital after jamming a padlock in his penis.

The unnamed 31-year-old left doctors astonished when he came in complaining of pain in his privates.

When medics gave him an X-ray, they found the metal lock had moved all the way into his bladder, where it then became stuck.

It later emerged he had pushed the object up his urethra in a bizarre bid for sexual kicks.

In cringeworthy scenes, the victim’s family had even gone to hospital with him in the Chinese city of Fuzhou.

Doctors were able to operate on him and remove the padlock from his bladder. They reportedly had to cut a hole into the man’s bladder to release the lock.

It is not known if the bizarre incident will leave any lasting damage.

Earlier this year, another man had 15 rusty needles removed from his penis after he inserted them for "excitement".

Doctor Cao Zhiqiang, who took part in the operation to have the four-inch needles removed, said: "Because of the patient’s… hobby, he inserted 15 needles from the tip of his penis into his urethra over the course of a year.

"Had we waited longer, the needles might have moved further up into his bladder, which would have been very troublesome."
