Yerevan polyclinics introduce e-registration system

Yerevan polyclinics will introduce an electronic sign-up system to avoid queues. The municipality is implementing the project with the national operator of Armed e-health care.

“For many years, polyclinics have had queue problems and citizens' just complaints. The e-registration system is another step towards making our services more accessible and accessible to our citizens,” says Deputy Mayor Sergey Harutyunyan.

The referral system has already been introduced and operates in 13 polyclinics in Yerevan.

The registrations are made so that each citizen is given 15-20 minutes.
