Coronavirus death toll reaches 4,983 worldwide

Deaths from the novel coronavirus have begun to rise again in the world. Between March 12 and 13, 349 deaths were reported from pneumonia that was induced by this virus; from March 11 to March 12, there were 334 such deaths. Worldwide, the number of coronavirus deaths has reached 4,983, and 134,769 cases have been confirmed.

According to worldometers.info/coronavirus/, a total of 70,388 coronavirus patients have recovered and are discharged from the hospitals. But 59,398 others are still receiving treatment, of which 5,757 (10 percent) are either in severe or critical condition.

This coronavirus has already penetrated into 127 countries.

As for Armenia, there are currently two patients with confirmed coronavirus. The last two cases were diagnosed on Thursday.
