Doctors in Yerevan gathering food for their colleagues from infectious diseases hospital

A group of doctors and their friends are gathering food and essentials for medical workers of the Nork infectious disease hospital.

Plastic surgeon Aram Sahakyan, one of the authors of the initiative, told NEWS.am Medicine that there are about 40 medical workers at the hospital today who work 24 hours a day amid the coronavirus outbreak.

By the way, many people responded to this initiative - both individuals and businesses, and various organizations!

According to Sahakyan, they have already gathered food for nearly 20 days.

Some people expressed a desire to help families of health workers, especially those who live in poverty.
