A full-fledged dream helps to strengthen human immunity, said Russian dietician Vera Sharoshkina.

In an interview with RIA Novosti, the specialist said it is necessary to sleep for at least 6 hours, while most people need 7-8 hours of sleep. While sleeping, immunostimulant melatonin is produced in the body in sufficient quantities.

According to her, it is also important to pay attention to proper and balanced nutrition.
