COVID-19 vs sleep: Armenian experts conduct an interesting study

How does the COVID-19 pandemic affect sleep quality? Can increased pandemic anxiety contribute to sleep problems? Armenian Sleep Disorders Association, together with Somnus Sleep And Movement Disorders Clinic conduct an interesting study to find answers.

As neurologist Samson Khachatryan told NEWS.am Medicine, the purpose of the study is to determine how seriously the state of emergency and the restriction of movement of citizens on their sleep pattern can affect: whether all this leads to sleep disorders or whether it affects the psychological state of people or not.

It is planned to interview at least 500 people: the more data is collected, the more reliable the results will be.
