Russia to start human trials of another COVID-19 vaccine

Russia has started human trials of another COVID-19 vaccine developed at the State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology VECTOR, the center's director Rinat Maksutov noted.

According to RIA Novosti, 300 volunteers have already been selected for the tests.

The first phase of clinical trials is expected to complete in September.

Another Russian vaccine - created by specialists from the Defense Ministry and the Gamaleya National Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology - is already undergoing human testing.

Volunteers feel fine after the injection, none of them had complications.
