It is recommended to eat 15-25 grams of bitter and dark chocolate a day, Antonina Starodubova, a freelance nutritionist at the Department of health of Moscow, noted.

According to Lenta.ru, one can consume no more than 25 grams of chocolate, that is, about a quarter of the bar, Starodubova noted.

Moreover, it is very useful to eat dark or bitter chocolate every morning.

However, this only applies to healthy people, while those who have some chronic diseases should consult a doctor.
