Burnout has been named the most common disease of the 21st century.

Emotional burnout usually develops as a result of chronic overwhelming stress in professional activity, which can appear due to a number of reasons.

The development of IT is considered one of the causes of emotional burnout.

According to psychologist Seda Musaelyan, in addition to growing fatigue, irritation, and deterioration of relationships with people, there are also physical symptoms of emotional burnout: insomnia, loss of appetite, as well as diseases that make it difficult to carry out the usual activities.

The psychologist warns not to confuse burnout with fatigue.
