Armenia health ministry: Booster inoculations against coronavirus can be administered with same or another vaccine

YEREVAN. – By the order of the minister of health, the guideline for booster vaccinations in Armenia against COVID-19 has been approved, the Ministry of Health informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Following the two complete inoculations against COVID-19, this booster vaccination is recommended for people 18 years of age and older—and based on respective request and giving priority to individuals at the high risk group.

To note, a person who has contracted the coronavirus and has recovered from it after complete coronavirus vaccination can be administered a single booster inoculation with the same or another vaccine against COVID-19—and 6 months after the first positive coronavirus PCR test.
