How to consume smoothies properly?

Smoothies are better to drink immediately after making, as this drink should not be stored,  the chief dietitian of the Moscow Health Department Antonina Starodubova told RIA Novosti.

According to the nutritionist, during the meal the feeling of fullness does not appear immediately, that's why smoothies should also be drunk slowly and in small sips. This will eliminate the feeling of hunger and avoid transmission, the specialist said.

At the same time, she recommended observing the conditions and terms of storage when buying ready smoothies.
