  3. not enough physical activity.
  4. insulin resistance. High blood sugar levels provoke not only a number of serious diseases, but also causes fatigue, weakness and premature aging of the body.
  5. Lack of vitamins K1, K2 and D3.
  6. Chronic fatigue syndrome. Most often it develops against the background of inflammatory processes occurring in our body, and a deficiency of certain minerals, especially potassium and magnesium.

The therapist gave some tips to help you get rid of fatigue and promote a boost of vitality:

- consume foods rich in B vitamins, as well as vitamins K1, K2 and D3;

- Try to do interval fasting;

- Avoid sugar and sugary foods completely;

- Eat more leafy greens;

- Stay hydrated;

- Monitor the quality of your sleep;

- Exercise more, get outdoors more often, and don't forget about sunbathing.
