He noted, that according to WHO, there are 6.8-18 cases of haemophilia registered for every 100,000 people. In Armenia the rate of haemophilia is 6.15 for 100,000 people. The average life span of haemophilia patients 7 years ago was  28-29 years, now it increased significantly.

According to Dagbashyan, recently the mortality rate of patients with haemophilia significantly decreased – two cases are registered yearly.
