He says yogurt is one of the healthiest foods for hypertensive patients.

The specialist advises to eat yogurt every day, but only natural yogurt, not fruit-flavored, high-sugar drinks. Ideally, live yogurt if you can find it in stores.

For hypertensive people, he said, also very useful are walnuts and herbal teas, ideally - from hibiscus.
