Nutritionist advises eating cottage cheese and lentils to lose weight

You need to eat cottage cheese, spinach and lentils to lose weight, says nutritionist Michael Mosley. The Daily Mirror reports the doctor's new selection.

Mosley explained that he prefers to focus not on foods that are prohibited during the diet, but on those that can and should be eaten. The specialist added that one should choose foods that improve metabolism and satiate the body. According to him, foods rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats also help to lose weight and reduce cravings.

What foods that help you lose weight, the nutritionist recommends:

  • Chicken breast
  • Lean beef
  • Greek yogurt
  • Tofu cheese
  • Cheese
  • Lentils
