Doctor named the most dangerous alcoholic beverage on the New Year's table

Narcologist Alexei Lunkov gave recommendations on the choice of alcohol on the eve of the New Year. He urged to give up sweet alcoholic drinks. More about why exactly they are dangerous reports the portal "FederalPress."

"The danger of sweet alcoholic drinks lies not only in the fact that they are sweet, because of which the blood glucose level rises, but also in the fact that they are mostly carbonated," the specialist said.

Lunkov added that carbonated alcoholic beverage is bioavailable. That is, the absorption of alcohol increases many times. Intoxication comes faster even with low-degree champagne.

"Sweet alcoholic beverages should be excluded from consumption at all!" - urged the narcologist.
