What kind of lunch will help you lose weight faster?

The ideal lunch for weight loss consists of fish, spinach and rice, nutritionist Courtney D'Angelo says.

As the publication Eat This, Not That! reports, the expert recommends thinners to combine three main food groups: protein food, greens and healthy carbohydrates and to assemble dinner, like a construction set, of these elements.

The central place in the dish, according to the specialist, should occupy a lean protein, the source of which can be, for example, chicken, turkey or fish. The nutritionist believes that each meal should include 25-30 grams of protein.

From greens D'Angelo prefers broccoli and spinach, as they contain fiber, microelements and nutrients necessary for the body, and fiber (as well as protein) will help to stay full longer. As for healthy carbohydrates, the expert recommends choosing rice or yams, which supply the body with energy and satisfy hunger for a long time.
