It is recommended that people who lose weight eat 3-4 hours before going to bed, nutritionist Olga Pavlova (Russia) said.

"If they go to bed late, they can have dinner even after 6 p.m."

The specialist noted on her YouTube channel that it is wrong to eat a standard meal with an irregular schedule: breakfast at 8 a.m., lunch at 1 p.m., and dinner at 5 p.m. Meal times depend on getting up and going to bed, she said.

"Breakfast should be within one or two hours after waking up. Lunch should be in the middle of the day, at a time when we are hungry. More often than not, people eat lunch at 1 to 3 or 3 p.m. Dinner is three to four hours before bedtime. So most often they have dinner at 6-9, "- said the specialist.

Pavlova added that if the work ends late and the person wants to sleep, then you can have dinner for two hours before bedtime. In her opinion, it is important that the dinner contains protein and fiber for weight loss.

The specialist also reminded that for quality sleep, the stomach should not be full.

"If we have a full meal and immediately go and lie on the side, blood circulation is redistributed," she said.
