103 children born in 2022 so far under Armenia state program to overcome infertility

In 2022 so far, 103 children were born in Armenia under the state program to overcome infertility, the Ministry of Health reports.

In 2019-2020, a total of 63 pregnancies were registered under the program to overcome infertility, 43 children were born, in 2021—214 pregnancies, 76 children.

Beneficiaries of this program can be: couples, one of whom has a disability or is a soldier, a person corresponding if it is a family with 28 or more points of insecurity, a parent of a fallen soldier, or a resident of one of the 186 border communities of Armenia.

In the case of parents of fallen servicemen, women up to 42 years of age can become beneficiaries of this state program, whereas in other cases—women up to 36 years of age. 

And since last year, the parents of those killed in the 44-day war in 2020 are also beneficiaries of this program.
