WHO evaluates China's efforts to fight coronavirus

China's efforts to combat the 2019-nCoV coronavirus have led to record results. This assessment was given by the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adanu Ghebreyesus, RIA Novosti reported.

According to the latest data, the number of victims of the Chinese coronavirus 2019-nCoV has reached 106, and people infected are more than 4,500.

The first case of infection with this virus was recorded in the Chinese city of Wuhan. Cases of infection have been recorded in Japan, South Korea, Thailand, the US, Germany, and Australia. The virus is transmitted from person to person. Symptoms include fever, fatigue, and cough with sputum.
