Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to partial loss of vision and memory, The Express reported, citing British doctors.
According to nutritionist Alex Glover, the lack of this vitamin can also cause headaches, anemia and irritability.
Moreover, vitamin B12 deficiency often causes rashes, bruises, muscle weakness, tingling in the extremities and slows down regeneration.
"There are many B-vitamins, explained skin care expert Carl Christian. Each has its own purpose. In particular, it is B12 that regulates the nervous system and produces red blood cells. Its “brother” B6 helps convert food into energy. Vitamins B1 and B2 are responsible for the condition of nails, hair and skin," said skin care expert Carl Christian.
