More that 200 sharp quills of porcupine are pulled out from the head of 54-year old resident of the Brazilian city of Gávea. Animal somehow climbed on telephone wires, fell on the woman's head, when she was walking.

The Brazilian woman suffered severe shock and was taken to the hospital, according to Metro.

Housewife Sandra Nabucco said, that at first she felt something heavy fell on her head, and then realized that it rained needles.

'The pain was enormous, but I am a strong woman; an old person or child would have died,’ said Sandra Nabucco.

Doctors say, that the injuries, caused by the porcupine to the woman, are not serious, and the wounds will soon heal. Ms Nabuko is even glad, that the animal fell on her head – she thus saved the porcupine's life.

«If the porcupine fell on the pavement, not on me, it would get smashed up», told the Brazilian woman.
