Several medical drugs to be sold in Armenia only by doctors’ prescription, as of Thursday

The new procedure for selling medication in Armenia has come into force on Thursday.
Accordingly, from now on, several prescription drugs will be sold in the country solely by doctors’ prescription.
The list of these medical drugs can be found here.
This decision of the government caused panic among Armenia’s population, who started buying everything without hesitation from pharmacies in the country.
