A fragment of shark's tooth has been dug out of a surfer, Jeff Weakley’s foot almost a quarter of a century after he was bitten, NY Post reported

According to the source, the incident occurred in 1994 on the coast of Florida.

Just two weeks after being bitten by a sea predator, Jeff returned to surfing, covering the wound with a waterproof bandage and putting on special shoes.
