March 13, 2020  15:13

Two more cases of coronavirus have been diagnosed in Armenia: both patients were infected by a woman who returned from Italy and participated in an engagement ceremony in Etchmiadzin town, said the country’s health minister Arsen Torosyan.

The minister noted another two patients diagnosed with coronavirus are also epidemiologically related to this case. All the people who came into contact with this woman have been immediately quarantined.

Thus, there are already 8 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Armenia, of which 5 are from the same group and are epidemiologically related. About 100 people are quarantined.
