Most useful foods for brain activity are found

To maintain active brain function, you should include eggs, beef, dark chocolate and avocado in your diet, Violetta Tolmacheva, a neurologist and candidate of medical sciences, told the Urban News Agency "Moscow".

The food should be balanced, and in the diet there should be a sufficient amount of all foods. Polyunsaturated fatty acids are useful for the brain, they can be found in fish and seafood, and antioxidants, which are contained in green tea and in fruits. Now, in the summer, you can and should take advantage of this - eat blueberries, raspberries, strawberries. Of course, beneficial to the brain protein food, because with a deficit of protein occurs braking brain activity. Beef and eggs are especially useful for full brain function. Eggs in this sense are a universal and partly unique product - the protein is absolutely dietary, it contains no fat, and the yolk contains lutein, which plays an important role in maintaining cognitive function. Avocados and dark chocolate are also useful, Tolmacheva said.
