Most favorable age for conception in men is named
Men as well as women have the most favorable age for conception from the medical point of view. It is at the age of 25 and lasts up to 40 years, Andrew Dmitriev, urologist andrologist and specialist of ultrasound examination of the Institute of reproductive medicine REMEDI told Lenta.ru.
However, one should take into account that there are many factors that influence the reproductive health, he noted. For example, bad habits like smoking and alcohol have undoubtedly bad effects.
"The most favorable age for conception in men is by the age of 25. By this time is fully established hormonal background. This period lasts approximately until the age of 40," Dmitriev explained.
Three months before conception you should completely give up bad habits, the doctor added. During this period the spermatozoa will be completely renewed, FAN reports.
