American nutritionist Christopher Garnder said not all products are suitable for breakfast.
According to him, there are foods that are extremely undesirable on an empty stomach.
Under the influence of yeast, gases are formed in the stomach, and it causes bloating and burping. If you want to eat baked goods, it is better to do this after a serving of protein and vegetables.
Sugar and sweet fruits
When a person drinks a sweet drink on an empty stomach, eats a ripe banana or a couple of sweets, the pancreas starts to release insulin, which causes the blood glucose level to drop sharply, and the person is tired, feels drowsy and apathetic. It seems to some that sweet helps to 'cheer up' in the morning, but this is only a short-term effect.
Oranges, tangerines, grapefruits and lemons can damage the stomach lining if eaten on an empty stomach. People with high acidity of the stomach are recommended to eat citrus fruits only after eating.
Pear and persimmon
Pear and persimmon high contain a lot of fiber, which can injure the digestive tract if had on an empty stomach. Therefore, these fruits should become a dessert after the main meal.
