Experts recommend combing your hair every day—even if you have short hair.

In addition, combing massages the scalp and stimulates blood flow for hair growth.

Normally, you can lose 50-60 hairs every day, and combing helps to get rid of it.

For a long time, there was a myth that it is necessary to make at least 100 movements with a comb every day, but the specialists at the American Academy of Dermatology are sure that this is excessive because it can lead to hair loss.

It is enough to carefully comb your hair twice a day.

How to comb damp hair?
