Where should beneficiaries go to benefit from free infertility treatment program in Armenia?

There is no need to apply to the Ministry of Health to use the free infertility treatment program, you have to choose a suitable clinic and apply there, and the rest of the paperwork is done between the clinic and the Ministry, Nune Pashayan, Head of the Mother and Child Health Care Department of the Armenian health ministry, said Monday.

"That is, the committee formed in the clinic assesses the citizen's needs, prepares all the papers, submits them to the ministry, the ministry issues an order, and the process continues," she said.

With this program, the state order was placed in 5 medical facilities. They are Shengavit Medical Center, Astghik Medical Center, Mother and Child Health Research Center, Fertility Medical Center, and the Republican Institute of Reproductive Health, Perinatology, Obstetrics and Gynecology. She noted that during the year it is possible to increase the number of medical centers.

Talking about how ready the medical centers are for the expected flow, Nune Pashayan mentioned that the medical centers will work on the principle of waiting, and if the beneficiary does not manage to receive medical care in one fiscal year, then there is no need to worry, because he has two years to use the program from the moment of registration.
