Yerevan will host the Ministerial Conference on Public Health

The Ministerial Conference on public health "New Challenges of Public Health," which will be attended by ministers of health of 14 countries, will take place in Yerevan on March 1-2.
The conference, organized by the Ministry of Health of Armenia, will also be attended by the WHO Regional Director for Europe Zsuzsanna Jakab.
The main goal of the event is to identify the problems and challenges in public health, to bring the countries closer and to make a joint statement.
The conference participants will discuss issues related to healthy lifestyle, proper diet, physical activity, alcohol abuse, smoking and other public health issues.
