Raspberries are very healthy, like any other berries. However, according to nutritionist Olga Korableva, not everyone can eat raspberries.

According to the specialist, an adult without health problems can eat up to 400 grams of raspberries per day, but this berry is contraindicated in patients with exacerbation of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, for example, gastritis and ulcers. It is also not recommended for patients with kidney disease to eat raspberries as they have diuretic properties.

Also, do not forget that raspberries are a strong allergen, so people who are allergic to other berries, such as strawberries, should eat them with caution. Moreover, raspberries increase appetite.
