Compulsive overeating

Another common mistake made when losing weight is the desire not to eat for a long time. However, observations show that people who do not eat for long periods are often prone to uncontrollable meals with large amounts of eaten "junk" in the form of fats or refined carbohydrates.

The specialist urged not to starve themselves for long periods of time.

Dysfunctional exercises

Many people mistakenly believe that everything extra can be "burned off". For example, you ate a cake - after that you jog so that you don't get fat.

The nutritionist stressed that such an approach is too simplistic, the recruitment and expenditure of fat mass is largely determined by the individual parameters of the body - in particular, how the intestines function.
