The number of hard-to-reach medical services, as well as the number of assistance provided in hospitals, within scope of state funding has increased in Armenia in 2023. This was announced by the Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan on Thursday during the parliamentary debates on the report on the 2023 implementation of the 2021-2026 program of the Armenian government.

In general, it is about the number of 861,845, which is 74,981 more than in 2022.

"This is almost 2.5 times more than in 2017," added Avanesyan.

Also, according to her, a single system of online automatic registration of queues has been introduced in Armenia’s medical facilities. As per the health minister, this will contribute to the establishment of "justice and transparency for the people" in the country.
