What foods can be part of a perfect breakfast? Nutritionist Nadezhda Tsapkina (Russia) gave her take on the matter.
The specialist advises to eat eggs and butter in the morning, RIA Novosti reported. According to her, eggs contain more than 40 vitamins—most of vitamins A, B, E, D, and K, as well as the micro and macro elements needed to stay healthy. These include magnesium, zinc, potassium, calcium, selenium, copper, manganese, and iron.
"One hundred grams of eggs contain 11 to 13 grams of protein. As we know, protein is vital for our body as a building block and transporter of nutrients to the cell," said the specialist.
According to her, natural butter is a superfood for the body, as it contains fat-solvent vitamins A, D, E, and K, as well as fatty acids.
"The combination of these ingredients is perfectly used in anti-aging therapy, as they slow down aging, and help cell regeneration, which improves nail and hair growth and increases skin elasticity," added the nutritionist.
