List of products high in vitamin E

An adult needs 10-15 milligrams of vitamin E per day, says Russian endocrinologist Vladislav Bondarenko.

This vitamin is found in many products. Especially rich in them are potatoes, carrots, spinach, beets, pumpkin and cabbage. Bondarenko also advised to eat sea buckthorn berries, cherries, mountain ash, viburnum.

Rosehip fruits, according to a specialist, contain unrefined vegetable oils. Vitamin E can also be found in nuts and sprouted wheat, bell peppers, and seeds.

The doctor recommended buying a vitamin from a pharmacy only as prescribed by a doctor. In large doses, this vitamin can be dangerous.
