On his TikTok page, the doctor published a video in which he said that in the morning the hormone cortisol helps the human body to wake up, and caffeine disrupts the natural processes of the body.
To avoid problems, the specialist recommends waiting a couple of hours after waking up before drinking a cup of coffee.
