Some drinks are not only healthy, but also help improve memory, according to nutritionist Amy Goodson (USA).
According to the publication Eat This, Not That!, the expert recommends drinking coffee and green tea to fight age-related memory deterioration.
"Green tea is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants that can protect against mental decline and reduce the risk of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases," the nutritionist said.
Pomegranate juice is also helpful. In some cases, this drink can contain four times more antioxidants than green tea, according to the specialist.
"Pomegranates also have the strongest anti-inflammatory properties and due to this help weaken chronic inflammatory processes in the body," she said.
